A technical consultant who has worked with some of the major IT giants like Microsoft and Dell, Nagendra belongs to a family of farmers. While working in the US and several big cities back home, he always felt restless with the “MNC culture”. He often thought of going back to agriculture.
One day he just did that. Although his first two start-ups failed to make a buzz, he is bullish about the future of Nimble Growth. This is my way of giving back to the society, he says. He helms production and strategizing at Nimble Growth and is described as a trouble-shooter by his colleagues.

Pradeep Kumar grew up amid nature in a small village in Chikkamagaluru. Even though he has given about two decades of his professional life to Sales, he is a farmer at heart.
